I know an Athene, and she pronounces it as Athena would be pronounced.
In Ancient Greek it would be pronounced (roughly) "ah-THEH-nay" (though the middle syllable would probably be closer to an aspirated "t" sound), whereas in Modern it would be pronounced "ah-THEE-nee."
