I've sene Ewan and Euan before but never Ewen. It makes sense, in terms of pronunciation but I have to admit, I prefer the look of Euan much more.
If you're taking suggestions, these came to mind when thinking about repeating 1st & 3rd letters:
Aiax
Fyfe
Ever
Rory
