I knew one Shea a long time ago when I was in high school. It's weird because, back then, I thought her name was really masculine, but now it sounds very feminine. It's weird how such perceptions can change over time.
I think Shea is reasonably well known and won't be mispronounced all that often. Even people who aren't familiar with Shea as a personal name might have heard of shea butter, right? I definitely prefer the Shea spelling; the other spellings look dumbed down.
Normally, I like short, one-syllable names, but something about Shea feels unfinished. It's not one of my favorites.
