I like the name Shea, but I do prefer it for a boy. I would rather see Shea. It looks "cleaner" if that makes sense at all. I know a girl Shae, a boy Shaye, and a boy Shea. Shea never had any problems at my high school. I think the last name O'Shea is common enough that it shouldn't cause problems.
