I don't like Shea for a girl. At all. I don't kow why. It just seems very masculine to me for some reason. I quite like it for a boy, actually.
I think I prefer the Shea spelling for a girl or possible Shay. Those are the only ones that look right to me.
ETA: I think it's common enough for people to know how to pronounce it.
