I don't like it because it reminds me of the word "packs" with a gimmick spelling. Not a very namey image. And it reminds me of "Pax Romana" and "Pax Americana" - also not positive. And it just sounds slick and glib, what with the trend for -x endings.

I prefer Paz (pron. approx. to rhyme with Ross) or Irene for a name that means peace.
