Jared Tyson married Witney when she was pregant with her daughter. She had just broken up with her ex, but they fell head-over-heels in love. Shortly after, Jared Tyson also married Mallory Carter. Witney is a bit nervous that her and Mallory will not get along, but thinks she's a nice girl and they could be great friends. Mallory is estatic about her marriage (and a bit ditzy overall...).
