John and Mary were very happy to have five new babies. Cathedral Story was named because Mary's water broke in a cathedral, and she was the first out. Radley Ibbott was named after Dr. Radley, the man who's birthed all their children. Pomeline Quitterie was named after a fruit a foreign man mispronounced, they originally thought it was some rare, exotic fruit. He was trying to say Pomegranite. Canaan Oleander was because Mary's father wanted Abraham, but she thought it was a weird name. Zophiel Percival was Zophiel and Percy, like in one of the kids' favorite books.
They now have 41 children.
