Makes me think geek-chic, because the color is so associated with digital stuff.
Also sounds like sighin'. Those are the main reasons I don't like it. I like nn Cy.
But generally not a bad name, just sort of eccentric - I think it's about as eccentric as River, which isn't too eccentric for me.
