Not sure how these are pronounced, whether you mean they are "tay-o" names, but thanks for sharing them. I love Theodora, but pronounce her as "thee-o". Theoline sounds nice, if tay-o-LEEN is correct.

In French the "th" would make a "t" sound so yes it would be somewhat like "tay"
