My best friend is called Toni and is short for Antonia! It is my middle name too and it is the best name EVER!

I don't really care for Toni but Antonia is pretty. Actress Nia Long's first name is Antonia. I prefer Nia to Toni.

I think it makes an OK nickname for Antonia, but I dislike it as a full name. Too nicknamey for my taste.
