Meh. It's just so obviously John + a = feminine that I can't get into it.
I think I would rather see Johnna. Looks like Joanna / Johanna that way.
Much prefer other forms: Ioanna, Ioana, Ivana, Siobhan, Giovanna, Juanita... to me, it's like you've got all these options and Johnna is just... not as cool.
