Teia is not really my style, but I wouldn't mind hearing it on someone else's child, if that makes sense.
I certainly prefer this spelling to the other two, just because I think it could cause less confusion. Also, I think the three vowels together kind of looks pretty.
I really like the spelling Thea, too, but I know many people might say Thay-ah.
