Nero Vincenzo Salvatore - do Italian-Australians ever use English first names? They're just as Australian as the Anglo-Celtic people. You don't hear Italian-Americans and Italian-Canadians using only Italian names or translations of super-common ones (I mean stuff like Anthony, Vincent, and Frank).
Sure you may only be second-generation (since there were virtually no Italians in Australia until after World War II), but still...
An Italian-American/Canadian/Australian named James, Caroline, or Edward isn't automatically less of an Italian than one named Antonio, Chiara, or Lorenzo.
