[Opinions] Fortunino?
WDYTO Fortunino? I found out this week that it was Verdi's middle name, and I thought it was neat. Any MN suggestions?

I've always had a thing for Fortunata on a girl. I've never heard of Fortunino before, but it is fetching in an over-the-top sort of way. :-) Could it be a diminutive of Fortunato? That might be easier to combine.Fortunino Adrian

Fortunino Gimignano is the one combo that immediately popped up into my mind.FYI, Gimignano is a variant form of Geminiano.
