[Facts] Angobaldo and Grimaldo
the Germanic element bald "bold, brave" is obvious in "angobaldo" but what does "ango" means? and what about the "grim" in "grimaldo"? (The aldo is obviously "wald" or "weald" which means "power" or "rule" or "valdr" which is "ruler", or less probably the Germanic elements ald "old", or adal "noble". "Grim" can be "mask".)

Yep. "Grim" is indeed "mask".
