[Opinions] Re: Veralisa (And Question)
I am partial to double names done well. Lisa would be far too boring for me on its own, so it lends itself well to doubling. I assume Veralisa is pronounced veeraLEEsa?I don't have any stock double names, but just today I toyed with Maricarla. I concluded it was too reminiscent of America or Americana. Maricarmen is a nice double name I've seen in Spanish textbooks. As a child I had a book called Stellaluna, about a mother sugar-glider. I love the idea of Luna in a double name, but I haven't been able to think of any good ones of my own.
