No, I don't think of Mariah Carey at all! So I suppose the question you really should ask yourself is would the people around you think of Mariah Carey right off or not? I don't know very many Mariahs at all and I think it's a very pretty elegant name. I also like Maria when pronounced like Mariah! :)
Mariah Patience is nice and so is Mariah Lilian, but Mariah Bethany doesn't flow as well.
What about on of these?
