I recognized that it's Irish Gaelic but I don't think I've ever heard it pronounced before.

Thanks for clearing up the pronunciation for me.
I like it because it's Irish and has a unique sound. The spelling/pronunciation is a bit tricky but not as difficult as some. I think I do like it better than Cullen, it has a bit more interest too.
