Isis has been one of my favorites for a while. I find it very pretty. I was thinking if I have another daughter in the future, I might use it.
What do you think of Isis? What would you pair it with?

I want to like Isis so much. I have a thing for feminine names starting with an "i" and for mythology names in general. So this would be a two-fer name for me.
Help me to erase the image of the cheesy 1970's TV show, "Wonder Woman." She spun around in place until her normal clothes turned into a sexy and patriotic superhero outfit. While she was spinning she would say, "Oh, Mighty Isis!" I was embarrassed for the actress even as a young child. It was that bad.
But combos are what I live for. And there's no reason why my limitation on the name should influence you, especially since you were probably too young for that show. And any dd of yours would definitely be too young. I just wish I could join you in happy un-Wonder Woman Land.

Pretty, but kind of... empty. It looks kind of repetitive written down, and it just feels... vacant to me. It is pretty, though.
I prefer Iset, but I wouldn't use it; and for that matter, I love Iris. Isis, at least, compared to Iset, is a dream to use and is something a little different. As much as I find it fluff, it's pretty fluff so I can't complain.

Honestly? I think it sounds like a stripper name. It just has that stripper vibe, IMO.

I think it's okay, but there's something about it which doesn't sit right with me. It might be the "ice" sound at the beginning, or the way it looks like it should be pronounced "iz-iz" rather than "eye-sis". I prefer Iris.
