I actually don't mind it and I'm not sure why! There are plenty of names that would work well with Anderson as the fn, it would just depend on your style I suppose.

A friend of mine had her third child last year and named him Anderson James. I thought the name choice was quite handsome and then I met the adorable little guy earlier last month and found it was perfect! His mom calls him Andy sometimes which is actually quite cute.
Anderson certainly isn't as popular as Jackson or even Preston but I can see t getting a bit trendy in the future, but I still like it.
