It's very nice that you're intending to honor your sisters.
I don't think it's too weird. Like another poster said, I would also probably spell it Elleve. I think it would help with pronunciation difficulties (if they would crop up), because my initial reading of Eleve was "Ell-ev." Though that could just be me.
I don't think it would be received badly, and people knowing the sentiment behind it would surely approve.
