Sounds like some sort of birth control pill to me. Double checks this... Only one letter from birth control pill. I don't like this and it has nothing to do with politics and more to do with the name of the pill being Mirena.

Lol, I'd never even heard of a birth control pill called Mirena, I had to google it. Anyway, it doesn't strike me as being at the same level as calling a kid Durex or something like that, considering Morena is a legitimate name.
