I love Johna/Johnna! It sort of just struck me this year - it's sort of exotic sounding but also soft and approachable. I think I prefer Johna but I'm not entirely sure. I'd use it as a FN if my SO's father wasn't named John. On one hand I think it's a cool way to honor him but on the other I think it'd get confusing. T
