[Opinions] WDYT of Ashlyn?
I prefer this spelling to Aislinn or the others because in the U.S. it will be easiest for others to pronounce. So WDYT of it?

I don't mind it at all. I much prefer the spelling Ashlyn too, it does make it easier to pronounce.

Changing the spelling 'dumbs it down' I think, and makes the parents look less intelligent. :( I prefer Aislinn and Aisling.

I really dislike Ash- names, and -lyn is such a common ending for girls nowadays...so I really dislike it. However, there is worse, its just popular and trendy imo. ~~Kris~~

If it is a form of Aislinn, I like itAislinn looks like a beautiful name with a romantic meaning. If Ashlyn only is a variant of Ashley, I don't like it as much.Strange, but I guess I am a name snob."But it’s all right now.

Ashlyn is the non-Irish spelling for the name Aislinn. Though, I prefer the Irish spelling.

My mom's friend's daughter has this name (same spelling) and I think it is cute!

I don't like any names that begin with 'Ash'...it sounds depressing and deathly. Sorry if I'm at all critical.Remember CEDRIC DIGGORY: The REAL Hogwarts ChampionImage Hosted by ImageShack.us
