Elina.
Emina makes me think of the word eminent. That's not a bad association, and it's still a pretty enough name, but for some reason it makes it slightly less appealing for me.
EDIT: I too do not understand how Emina = Enema. I mean, where do I begin with how they are not the same? The 'e' in emena is short. The m and n are also swapped around... and... oh, who cares? :P
