I've known a couple of Tasnim people - OK, one Tasnim and one Tasneem - and they both pronounced it taz neem, with both syllables having equal stress.

In a Muslim community, no doubt it's a good name. In the wider world, it doesn't fit the familiar patterns.

Someone I went to school with for three years have a sister named Tasnim. She must be.. maybe one and a half now. They prn it TAS-neem
