I came across the name Symphorina once: it was mentioned on the name plaque of one of the houses in a neighbouring city (I don't know about your country, but in my country, it's rather common to see name plaques near the doorbell, where one can see the names of the family that lives in that particular house). It appeared to be the name of a grown woman, since I remember deducing from the name plaque that she was married (or living together). I know Symphorina is a different name than Symphorosa, but they look similar enough (plus they are etymologically related), so you might like this name as well. ;)

Other names that you might like are Symphora (a bearer is the French sportswoman Symphora Béhi, born in 1986) and Symphorian (after Saint Symphorian). Symphorian is a guilty pleasure of mine: I would love to give this as a middle name to a future son, but I deem it unlikely that my future partner would agree. *sigh*

I have to say that of the feminine names, I like Symphora best, as Symphorosa and especially Symphorina are too much of a mouthful (which also makes them look a tad pretentious). At least Symphora rolls off the tongue easily and is rather fresh and snappy. :)
