I have a friend Danica who says it DAN-ih-ca. We're American, though, so that'd be no help if you're looking for a more authentic ethnic pronunciation.

I'd say dahn-ee-kah or dahn-ih-kah (I'd say this one first), depending on what the person with the name preferred.
