Vincenza would work well for any ethnicity in my opinion. What's the point of ignoring a good name that is rarely used outside of Italy?
It's Vincent that would sound bad and strange on any girl, IMO. Vincent is forever a boy's name in most people's minds. Vincenza would be lovely and exotic.
