Help[Opinions] Anemone
I'm thinking middle-name material here: looks pretty, sounds pretty, but seems like too much of a headache as a first name. What do you think of the name Anemone?

I think it's beautiful. But it reminds me of slimy animals in the sea...

Once I knew a teacher of high-school biology who pronounced it Annie-Moan. Just saying.

I do like Anemone; I agree that it sounds and looks pretty. And I like that it brings to mind ocean images. But I also acknowledge that it's not very realistic for real-life use. Definitely not a first name. I am of the opinion that basically anything goes for middle names, so I'd say go ahead and use it there.

It's not a name to me, first or middle. It's a tongue twister on the order of isthmus.
