Personally, I find this name very bland, for either sex. But it's not a bad name. The problem is that I've met so many! It is very, very popular! Of the Caylens, Kaylens, & Caylins I've met, only one was a girl, and it worked for her, although I tend to think of Kaylen as more of a boy's name.
