Message: "Silas" - Behind the Name

DH and I are expecting a boy in April and am still looking for names...most sound good for about a week and then interest starts to fade.

The latest one I just discovered is Silas, I was thinking of the combo Silas John. Do you like it with sibling Grace Catherine?

I love it. I love the whole combo and it sounds great with Grace Catherine. Silas in underused imo.

I think Silas John and Grace Catherine are great sibling names. They go together without being overly matchy. I like that they both have a classic name for the middle.

I like Silas. Someone once pointed out a similarity to the word 'silage' which put me of somewhat but I do still like it. Silas john flies nicely and sounds fine with Grace Katherin.e

I like Silas. John is a little boring, but the combo is alright and it goes well with Grace Catherine.

I love Silas, it's so handsome and unique sounding! Silas John is a great combo, classic yet the two names together are really cool! And it sounds wonderful with Grace Catherine - spunky and charming! :)

I really like Silas! It's very handsome and uncommon. Silas John is a great combo. Silas and Grace sound nice together.
