I've known a few Juliets, one an English Literature major, none of whom got teased in any way at all.
It is the best of all the Juli- names, in my opinion, but I'd keep it as a mn because of the ever-present risk of the trite Julie. I would also strongly consider Juliet and Gillian as mns for g/g twins: a strong but very subtle link.
