I have a friend whose middle name is Josabeth; she took if from Josabeth Sjöberg (she originally had another middle name)! My friend thought it was a mix of Josefine and Elisabeth, but I think it's from the Bible.
BTW, I once made up the name Jonnabeth from Johanna and Elisabeth!
