I like the look of Raela. I'm not sure if I like the sound though. It could sound like Rayla, which is too much like Kayla. If they pronounce it in a more connected way (Raela rather than Rayla) then I'd probably like it. So that they "ay" sound is understated, just a way to get from the R to the L, instead of sticking out like it does in Kayla.

Well... I don't think Raela would quite be a pick for me, but it's better than some other things they could come out w/... Might wind up thinking "At least it's not another Madison or Sophia."

I love Claire, but I don't care for Raela. I prefer Rae.

Although Raela isn't a popular name, it doesn't seem very interesting. It just makes me think of Kayla, Shayla, and other similar trendy names for girls.
