I'd pronounce it NEE-ah. I think it's got the cretentials to become popular, since it rhymes with Mia, Tia, and Leah, and it's got the trendy "a" ending. Personally I don't like it as a full name, though I see no problem withit as a nickname to countless possible names. :)
