How about Julietta? Etta is a bit of a stretch as a nickname for Juliet, but it isn't that outlandish. It could still work.

Etta is adorable, but I also think it's a better nickname than full name. I don't think Juliet nn Etta is too much of a stretch. Here are a ton of other options:

I think Henrietta is a better fit with those potential sibling names than Juliet or most other -etta names. I wouldn't worry about Hattie the cat.

Etta is lovely; however I don't think the name can stand on its own. I don't put in on the same level as for example as Kate.

My favorite Etta names are Nicoletta and Violetta. Henrietta doesn't do it for me - it screams Henry as in it still seems very masculine.

Henrietta called Etta with a cat named Harriet called Hattie isn't a real issue. If Henrietta is THE NAME and it really bothers you that the cat's name is similar then you could change the cats name. Cats don't respond to their names anyways, they just do what they want.

I personally think that Henrietta is very over the top. It's very old fashioned and while I'm a big fan of old lady names I personally find it very unattractive.

I don't consider it a stretch to use Etta as a nickname for a name ending in -Et, how does adding another T and an E doesn't make it any more intuitive. They both equally make sense.

I think Henrietta is your best bet even having the cat. When my mum fell pregnant with me they loved the name Molly but they had a young dog named Molly at the time so decided to call me Millie... For some reason I still grew up being called Molly.
I think Juliet is a streth but Juliette might not be... maybe Julietta?

Henrietta is lovely. Harriet is similar, but has a different nickname. If you really like the name Etta for a baby, I would just change the cat's name! It's not like the cat would know...

I like Etta a lot. I have a feeling that when actually having a child becomes a reality, I will seriously consider using Annette as a fn for a daughter (my Nana's name, which is always a mn in my hypothetical combos) and she'd probably be an Etta for short.

I like Henrietta a lot and I wouldn't worry too much about having a cat named Hattie and a daughter named Henrietta. Most people aren't name nerds and won't pick up on the connection and even if they do, they are two different names and Etta and Hattie sound very different.
