We have a multicultural family (4 languages), so we don't pronounce it english. Otherwise i wouldn't like it so much i think... ;) but i never though about that problematic with R2...
Absolutely NO ^^ i would never ever name a girl Arto (and it wouldn't be possible in europe i think).
