[Opinions] Edgeworthia
This is actually a plant name if you didn't know. It's so outrageous, that I am wondering if it would work as a name.I like it a little bit ;)

It looks like someone tried to make the ln Edgeworth into a girls' name. I don't think it would work in real life.

And her sister Forsythia? Cousins to Mahonia? :-) It's a GP, at best. As such I could only see it as a mn. But what a FUN mn it would be. :-D Just make sure the fn is something conventional like Jane and you're covered. And if you've got an Edward / Edwin in the family you could fib and say it's to honor them. :-P

I think it sounds like a Hogwarts teacher, or a ghost in one of Eva Ibbotson's books...
I could think of a Mrs Edgeworthia Toodlepip or something like that...I couldn't find the Swedish name of Edgeworthia, precisely, but it belongs to a family which in Swedish is called Tibast (TEE-bust, I think it's pronounced). Edgeworthia Tibast sounds kinda cool, too. ;)

NN Edgy? Nah, I don't think it would work IRL, but it would be fun for an eccentric character in a story.

It sounds wart-y: edgeWORTHia. I don't care for it.

I just read about an ancient English (?) princess named Edgitha. Perhaps this interests you!

Nope, it sounds really silly.

Yup, it's outrageous, but so are a lot of other names. I could see Edgeworthia as a MN.

is pretty cool ^^ but i don't think that it's a good name for a real person.. it sounds too strange and it's too complex for that imo.
