In a previous post about Bee, I replied that I would choose something that suggests bees to me rather than using Bee itself, but I do like the idea and imagery of bees. I wouldn't necessarily assume that's what was meant if I met a Bee, though, I would think it more likely to be a nickname. Technically, I think Bea can stand on its own, so I guess the same should go for Bee though, personally, they feel like nicknames to me.
