I like Richard. It is a classic. But I have known a ton so it feels dated to me. Plus I'm not a fan of most of the nicknames. Richard feels distinguished but Ricky, Richie, etc feel lower class. And of course Dick is no longer an acceptable nickname for someone under 60.
