In the US, Leon is considered an old man's name, but not in a classic-timeless kind of way. It's more akin to Elmer or Floyd than it is to Henry or even Arthur.Zoe Cecilia is very hissy and sibillant. Zoe has a totally different vibe than Leon. Zoe is very trendy now, and Leon is rarely used.

I think they go well together. I much prefer Leon to Leo, Charles is great and I really like Zoe Cecelia.

I like Leon Charles. I worked with a young guy named Leon once, and he was nice, kind of dorky. It suit him.Zoe Cecelia gives off a very...shiny, snappy, crackly vibe. It reminds me of cellophane. Don't know if that's good or bad. :P

Unforutunately in my experience as a teacher, I met a rather unpleasant boy called Leon, which has put me off the name. Objectively, it's not bad, but I prefer Leo.Leon and Zoe go fine together. I really like the middle names!

Leon has an extremely dorky and sketchy vibe, like a used car salesman with slicked back hair. I much prefer Leo Charles, or at least Leonardo Charles "Leon". I love Zoe Cecelia! I think the middle names match well, but Zoe has so much more spunk than Leon.
