[Opinions] Favorite Japanese Names?
Okay, I had a dream last night where I was living in Japan, and made friends with other Japanese people. All day I've been looking up stuff on Japan (housing, the cities, parks, etc.).
So, I'd just like to ask what are your favorite Japanese names? Can be for both girls and boys.
My favorites are Botan, Ranko, Sakurako, Airi, Kaori, Goro, Jiro, and Hiroto.

I've always been a huge fan of Japan, especially anime. In kindergarten and first grade my best friend was Japanese, halfway through first grade she moved back to Japan but my love for Japan persisted. When I was young I used to wish that I was Japanese but after I became a teen I stopped wanting to be Japanese but I still loved Japan. I want to travel there more than anywhere else in the world though I want to try to avoid Giant Hornet season because those things are terrifying.
I have many favorite Japanese names right now for a girl my favorite is Yukiko and for a boy Hitaro.

Anzu, Atsuko, Youhei, Mikado, Masafumi, Kaede, Rin, Ren, Akira, Haruko, Hayate, Toya, Izumi, Shuichi, Setsuna, Kohaku, Souta, Masamori, Yukimasa, Megumi, Minoru, Nobunaga, Masahisa, Murasaki, Suzume, Takashi, Tomoe, Kyoko...
These are just some of the Japanese names that I like at the moment. I wouldn't say I have favorites, but I tend to gravitate toward certain Japanese names depending on what anime or manga I'm currently watching/reading; however a few of the names above have stuck around after I haven't seen or read the anime/manga in a few years.
