I hate Jack and don't like Harry at all either, so I'm not fond of any of those.Oliver James is my favorite Oliver combo. I also like Oliver Isaac, Oliver Joseph, Oliver Leo, and Oliver Thomas. Oliver Ashley is kind of refreshing too.

Harry doesn't appeal to me at all, in my accent it sounds exactly like "hairy". Thus Harry Peter is just unfortunate. I do like Jack, popular as it is, though I'd rather see John called Jack. I like Jack Edward best. Jack and James seems a little silly to me, I've met several James' called Jack. Crackanthrope is a hilarious and fabulous surname.
I have a soft spot for Oliver, probably because my grandfather was called Ollie so it seems less boring to me than other popular names. I like Oliver Ashley, Oliver George, and Oliver Leo.

Tom and Harry...I guess all they need now is a third brother called Dick.

My mum's friend has sons called Tom, Harry and Richard. Their fourth was called George, so that runied the pattern!
