Are middle names not usually given in Swedish society? I notice most don't have them.

God Swedish names are SO adorable! I love all the Wil-names and Caspers and Nellies.

I really like the name Smilla up there. May I ask if it's a male or female name and what it means?

Most Swedish children have middle names, they're just not included in BAs very often.
