Swedish couple Peter and Mirka Norrström recently had their 12th (Peter's 15th) child, a girl named Lilja Emmelie Clara. Mirka says on her blog that this is their last one ...

All their children:

Peter has three children from before:
Emmelie
Daniel
Mikaela
(I wasn't able to find their middle names)

And then they have 12 together:
Kevin Peter
Linnéa Vanessa Anita
Jennifer Alicia & Benny Jonathan
Selina Mirka
Victor André
Oliver Sven & Alice Christina
Thor Atle
Nellie Freya Savannah
Älva Milléa (Älva means fairy, but it sounds the same as elva, "eleven")

They're not quite my style. I only like Jonathan, Victor André, Alice Christina, Lilja and Clara.

Stories like this make me cross my legs. Not that I'm not all for people having bus loads of kids. I just cannot imagine going through so many pregnancies, births, or years and years of sleepless nights.

Anywho...I like these names:

Wow, I can't imagine having 12 (or in this father's case, 15) children! I like many of the names (Daniel, Mikaela, Peter, Linnea, Alicia, Jonathan, Victor Andre, Oliver, Alice Christina, Lilja, Clara). BTW, is Emmelie a traditional spelling in Sweden?

Emelie is the most traditional Swedish spelling. So Emmelie is slightly creative, but not as "bad" as it might look from an English perspective.

I like Mikaela. Victor André is cute, but not really my style. Nellie Freya Savannah is cool too.

My mother used to work with Peter's mom. Crazy family, to be honest. Buuut, this is about names..

I like Lilja and Clara. Don't like Emelie, and especially not with two M's. And why use a name of another siblings?

Milléa (I'd spell it Milea or Miléa though)

The two oldest full names:
Emmelie Margareta Stina
Daniel Peter

Victor André and Alice Christina are the only combos I like. Älva Milléa sounds tacky.
