-For you? No. Something tells me you wouldn't go for the standard MN's I can think of. :)

I love Eira (ay-ra) but combined with Beth it's not that nice. To be honest, I think it's pretty bad. I would pronounce Eirabeth like ayra-beth and if I really wanted to use that name I would spell it like that (Eirabeth) just because I love the look and sound of Eira. I might even want to hyphen it, Eira-Beth.
I like Eira, but not beth. I can't get behind it. Maybe with a different ending, like Eirabel or Eirabet or something. Just not Beth. Its so lispy and frail to me.
I would pronounce it Ira-Beth.
If I were to spell it based on your pronunciation I would go with your spelling, Irabeth & Arabeth, depending if you are pronouncing it the second way you listed.

It's neat! I'd say it like "Ira-beth" (first syllable like "eye").

I'd assume it was pronounced EYE-ruh-beth although I prefer what you've included.
It's different! but it doesn't really work for me.
I'd automatically pronounce it ay-ra beth, and probably spell it Ayrabeth or Airabeth.
Airabeth Mara.

I hear Arab in it, like Arabella.
Eirabeth looks like it should sound like Eye-rabeth, to me - because that's how I say Eileen.
I'd spell it Arabeth. Maybe Erabeth. Yeah. Erabeth Amity

I think the pronunciation might be a challenge. I would say either AY-ruh-beth or EYE-ruh-beth... guess my elementary Welsh lessons from BTN must be kicking in.
For spelling either Arabeth or Ayrabeth, but I wouldn't be certain.
