What are your thoughts on the name Halona? I'm pronouncing it as "ha LONE uh".

I like the name alot! But I pronounce it Ha-lon-nuh. I really don't know if thats right but I like it much better that way.

I think Halona is too close to Helena not to be Helena and I also dislike the 'lone' part of the name. It seems cold and distant.
