, it's got a nicer shape than
Oskar
. Yes, spelling definitely change the way I see a name, sometimes just slightly, sometimes drastically so.

I agree, the way a name looks part of it's appeal. I think
Oscar
looks more balanced than
Oskar
, the K is too tall for the name maybe? I don't know.
I also just generally prefer C's to K's.
